Some players with the ball and others without it move freely above the lines. Players without the ball must try to catch players with the ball. If they succeed, they exchange roles. Rules: you cannot catch the player who just caught you, two players cannot cross the same line and if a player who is escaping loses control of his ball he must exchange roles with his pursuer.

In a corner space, two players face each other in a 1v1. The coach will introduce the ball into space, the first player who manages to get to the ball has the role of attacker and his teammate must defend him. The goal will be to score in the mini-goal.
The playing area is divided into two quadrants. A player in the defensive phase passes the ball and jumps to defend in the opposing field. Offensive players who receive the ball must make a run to receive it in the opposing field in order to activate mini-goals.
In this warmup drill . we can focus in both dribbling, passing and holistic approach of football warmup. There will be 6markers where 2 areas and another 2 areas where 3players in one side and another 3 players in another side. all players will have a ball the first starting 3 players will dribble toweards the marker and place the ball in the marker and run to the next marker where they asks the ball from their pairs and give a pass return and run back to the marker and take the ball and dribble to the starting zone . again from another side the other players start the same cycle.
