Diagram of the Maintenance-Recovery 5x3+2 drill

How the drill works

A team starts with the ball in one of the squares, being pressed by three players from the opposing team, which leaves two of its players in its own field. 5 passes = 1 point. If the team that is stealing the ball manages to recover it, they must try to get the ball back into their field to try to score a point. In this case, the team that lost the ball must send 3 players to press and leave 2 in their own field.
