This drill is for defenders to maintain the shap and pressing. When attackers moves the defenders will move with the pattern of given drill. Even the players without ball willhave their duty to make a position of defense. After all players and 2 wings get the ball then attackers can shoot it.

3rd man run exercise to goal- (Unopposed to opposed) -complete all 6 patterns and ensure you also start from the right to work both sides while all balls done.. again start from right side. - complete the 3rd man run pattern and then go 2v1 against the defender who can only defend inside the box. -The attacking 2 players will rotate with each other after every go as well as 2 defenders. -Defenders transition to any player not currently in for 1pt. Progress: 1. Remove mannequin and cones and make the attackers free to make their moves 2. Make 3v2 in the d box allow one central player to move and another defender in the box.
You get a point by playing from bottom to bottom. Players without the ball can only defend their square. Attackers free mobility. Wild cards can enter the driving space to establish and generate superiority.
