How the drill works

Now the 1st man with the ball starts pass to the central player in D box who is 2nd man. when the 2nd man recieves the ball the 3rd will start run around the pole and run for the ball and shoot in the target. After shooting he will be the 2nd man and 2nd man will be the 1st man. The 1st man after pass will be join in the 3rd man pole. When left third man finish and join to the 2nd man pole the the another 1st man will start and the 2nd man now will give advance pass to the rigth side. The cycle goes like left and right.

Finishing

The drill begins with the two initial players from each line preparing to sprint towards the goal, keeping their eyes in a straight line towards the goal. The coach initiates by delivering a pass in front of the players. As the players see the ball coming from behind, a 1v1 situation unfolds toward the goal. Once the ball either finds the back of the net or goes out of bounds, the participating players return to the line, making way for a new pair to engage in the drill. Watch out for players committing fouls during 1v1 situations. Encourage players to stay on their toes, maintaining a state of readiness to receive the ball. The drill should be seen as inspiration. So feel free to adapt the drill to suit your team’s specific needs or focus areas.

Finishing

At the signal, from left to right, the attacker begins a drive to end up resolving a 1v1 situation against the goalkeeper. The defender, who comes out a few meters further back, must try to reach and prevent the shot. If you manage to steal, you must drive to one of the escape areas. RULES: It cannot be defined until you have entered the area. The attacker of the next cone cannot leave until the action of the previous cone has finished.
