How the drill works
4 players start on the field for the initial 2v2 (2 attackers vs. 2 defenders). Remaining players (next set of 2 pairs) line up at the half-line outside the grid. one coach is positioned near each team with a supply of balls.Game starts with Coach Red passing to the Red attackers. The attacking team must attempt to score before entering the goal zone grid. If defenders clear the ball or the attackers score, the round ends. The next set of players (2 from each team) positioned outside the grid at the half-line run around the designated post and enter the field. Now red again starts and end it. then next cycle yellow coach will starts where now yellow becomes attackers and red becomes defenders
