Two adjacent rounds are played in which there is one player who participates in both rounds at the same time. The player who loses the ball must exchange places with the player who was stealing.

This drill has 2 teams of 5 attackers and 2 defenders Red players will start to pass in one or two touch depends upon the players age. After 5 consequtive passes the team will transfer the ball to another team.
