How the drill works

This drill focus on the goal area of transitions. 4v4 started in the d area and once the 4v4 is finished with scoring in the respective grid post. the finisher's team enter in the goal area with 4v5 situation where keeper is there and finish it.if the defender recovers the ball they will score in small post. Once the 2 grid move is done then players rotates to another grids. coach will start the game in 2 grids.
